Experience high-speed adventure on the water with Paradise Jet Boating. Departing from central Surfers Paradise, this thrilling ride combines sightseeing with adrenaline as you power through the Broadwater, performing spins, slides, and drifting manoeuvres. Cruise past waterways and open water zones while taking in skyline views along the way. Choose between a 40-minute Jet Blast or a longer 60-minute Adventure Ride, both delivering a fast-paced, action-packed experience.

Suitable for most ages and general fitness levels. The tour includes a guided rainforest walk on formed tracks, which may include uneven natural surfaces and gentle inclines. Comfortable enclosed walking shoes are recommended. This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Walking distance: Approx 600m from carpark to waterfall. Return is along the same track.
The walking track includes approx. 100 steps, separated into small groups.
Some sections do not have handrail. There is a rainforest viewing platform at the top of the steps (approx. half way along the track) where guests can wait if they do not wish to take the steps. Please note that you cannot see the waterfall without taking the steps. Picture of steps
This experience operates in most weather conditions, as rainforest environments are dynamic and the scenic drives, village stops and distillery visits are still enjoyable in light rain. However, for safety, tours may be altered, rescheduled or cancelled if conditions such as severe weather, road closures or safety concerns arise. In rare cases where the tour cannot proceed, an alternative date or refund will be offered according to Southern Cross Tours’ booking terms. Guests are encouraged to wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring suitable protection for changing conditions.
Plans can change, so we aim to keep things simple and flexible:
Full refund available for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to departure
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 100% cancellation fee
Reschedules are permitted up to 24 hours prior (subject to availability)
No changes are permitted within 24 hours of departure
Late arrivals and no-shows are treated as cancellations.

Infants (0–1 years) are welcome (subject to availability) and must be advised at time of booking
Infant fare is typically 50% of the child rate and does not include refreshments food/beverage components
Children (2–16 years) are welcome on tour – child price applies
All children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
Car seats and booster seats are available on request (limited availability)
Please note: due to the nature of the rainforest walk, prams and strollers are not suitable. These items are unable to be stored on the bus. Alternatively, you may wish to use a baby carrier for infants.

Transport is provided in professionally maintained vehicles with first aid kits on board.
Walks are conducted on marked rainforest tracks appropriate for general fitness levels.
Guests must remain with the guide at all times during walking sections and visits.
Distillery visits include tastings but responsible enjoyment and adherence to safety guidelines is required.
National park terrain and village surfaces may include uneven ground — careful footing is advised.
For comfort and safety, guests are encouraged to wear enclosed walking shoes, bring weather-appropriate clothing and carry water throughout the day.
Southern Cross Tours may alter or cancel any section of any of the itinerary which may result from road closures, weather, suppliers or any other condition of an operational nature. Alternate vehicles may be used in the event that a Southern Cross vehicle is unavailable.

Passengers must be in good health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by the jetboating activities. Please seek medical advice if uncertain. Any person who is pregnant, suffers from back, neck, or heart conditions, or has previous injuries are strongly advised not to ride on the jet boat
