+3Mat was an amazing tour guide! The waterfalls were beautiful, and he even stopped along the way to show us wildlife. He was incredibly attentive and went the extra mile to contact another guest to get a photo they had taken of a bird we spotted during the tour. Highly recommend!
This is not an experience that can be described in words….it is a “lived” experienced…The glow worm tour with Tanya who was so knowledgable, warm and friendly and the Wine and Mountains tour with Steve who had a great sense of humour were both great and both tour guides we fab.O’Ryan was an exceptional tour guide. He brings great energy and enthusiasm to discuss the beauty and significance of the destinations my sister and myself went to - which was the Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise, Springbrook National Park and Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Park. He was also very friendly and made sure all guests onboard the tour made the most of the tour. Overall, an engaging and memorable tour guide and my sister and I really enjoyed it all. :)
The Gold Coast Day Tour was an unforgettable experience visiting rainforests, Surfers Paradise and wildlife spotting at Coombabah Lakeland Conservation Park. Also included was a delicious lunch atop the Skypoint Observation Deck. Our Tour guide Andy was knowledgeable, humorous and an excellent driver who negotiated our journey with skill and patience.

Our guide Orion made the experience really fun — his energy and humor were great, you could tell how knowledgeable he was and he was having fun so we had fun!!Glen was an excellent host. He kept conversations with the tour group rolling with details of the area and with anecdotes from his own very interesting life. He was both extremely considerate of non-English speakers and sensitive toward young children in the group. The glow worms experience was fantastic and the staff at The Manor (supper stop-off on the way) delivered a wonderful reception. He is incredibly handsome, knowledgeable, witty, patient and friendly. He always wore a bright smile just like the sunshine over the Gold Coast. His introduction to local nature and culture was deep and insightful. What’s more, he has fantastic music taste — every song he picked made us fully immersed in the vibe. Highly recommend this tour!
+5Steve was our entertaining guide, knowledgeable, friendly very accommodating. We were 8 people and had lots of fun thank you Steve 👏Absolutely loved our tour to Lamington Park & OReillys with Jake O’Ryan (Mr “Not OReilly”🤪) He had a wonderful charisma, sense of humour and great knowledge! I’m not fond of winding roads especially at heights but he was an amazing driver and I felt at ease 🥰. Don’t lose this guy he is a big asset !Best tour I have ever had. Orion was outstanding - the best guide I have seen by a street mile. Highly knowledgeable, articulate, considerate, kind and engaging. He made the tour perfect for everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed all stops though the rain forest and the observatory stole the show. Food served was delicious and very well coordinated by Orion thereby giving us sufficient time to take pictures as well. Southern Cross deserves all the credit for a well organised tour. Highly recommend it for anyone planning a Gold coast excursion.Great tour. Saw lots of glow worms, spiders, frogs and crickets. The tour was great. An easy ride from the GC to see rainforest and waterfalls. Matt was an easy going and informative tour guide. I highly recommend this 1/2 day tour.Matt is a very friendly guide he gave us a good background about the area and had a good sense of humour. The waterfalls and sceneries were amazing. The ride to the waterfalls was pleasant highly recommend it.
+2My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour today. We saw so many beautiful and amazing things and the tour guide (Orion) was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and shared many interesting facts (as well as a few bad jokes. Haha) and helped make the tour very enjoyable for everyone on board. I highly recommend this tour.
The trip was one of the best experiences I had at Gold Coast trip. Orion was a great tour guide, he carried so much energy, knowledge and enthusiasm about the tour, about the members, the nature, rainforests and animals. He kept the liveliness in the group going till we were back to our base after spending these hours together. I definitely recommend the tour and Orion really loved his Job and it was great to have done this tour with Orion. The memories will stay forever.
This was an excellent tour! A great half day spent seeing a selection of beautiful parts of the Gold Coast/ and Northern NSW! Oryan was very knowledgeable and made the day fun for all. Highly recommend 👌It was a very nice experience. Ben, our tour guide, was absolutely lovely, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Our Guide Daniel took us on a great tour and we got to see a bandicoot and plenty of of glow worms, spiders and a gecko, it was a fun experience thanksWe really enjoyed out rainforest glow worm tour. Daniel was a great tour guide and we would definitely come back!
I had a wonderful day today on Natural Bridge tour with Orion. He is not just a fantastic and knowledgeable tour guide and but also very fun and energetic. We enjoyed the beautiful nature, learned new things and we had fun playing the chaotic music game at the end. Highly recommended!Incredible experience from start to finish. We were lucky to get Daniel as our tour guide, and he was absolutely amazing! There was a little mix up with our family booking, but Daniel went above and beyond to sort everything out. His knowledge about the area, the wildlife and the history is exceptional. He is honestly an asset to your company. Every one of us enjoyed the whole experience. Would highly recommend 😊Load more
